Binary package hint: desktop-effects
The desktop panel has changed since the last update, there is now 3
radio buttons.
Whatever radio button is selected (it correctly apply what it says) when
the "Appearance Preferences" dialog is closed the radio button activated
is always the first : "No effects". So if I want disable effects I have
to reselect "normal" or "extra effects" and then select "no effects".
To my mind, the last index selected is not saved
