Public bug reported:

I have two USB "Creative Live! Cam Notebook Ultra" and they both exhibit
the same behavior. They only work properly at 320x240 resolutions and
nothing higher. Previously (maybe 1 year ago) they worked at 640x480
and 1280x960.

lsusb shows:
Bus 003 Device 116: ID 041e:405b Creative Technology, Ltd
Bus 001 Device 004: ID 041e:405b Creative Technology, Ltd

dmesg shows lots of:
  [72660.222003] gspca_main: ISOC data error: [23] len=128, status=-71
  [72660.222006] gspca_main: ISOC data error: [24] len=128, status=-71
  [72660.222009] gspca_main: ISOC data error: [25] len=128, status=-71

I have another built-in web cam which works:
Bus 003 Device 003: ID 04f2:b2b0 Chicony Electronics Co., Ltd

In Cheese when I set a higher resolution, I see about half the image normally
and the lower half (or less) is all grey. If I use 'fswebcam' I see various
errors, including:
gd-jpeg: JPEG library reports unrecoverable error: Invalid JPEG file
structure: two SOI markers
and
gd-jpeg: JPEG library reports unrecoverable error: Unsupported marker type
0x40

This seems like it might be related to this regression:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=677533
but I can't really tell.

** Affects: gspca (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
