You're attempting to downgrade this (and many other packages) here, not
upgrade; I don't know why you're trying to do that. In any case, this
bug was fixed in 2011.04.28-1ubuntu3, so it's not a surprise that
attempting to downgrade from that version reintroduces the bug.
