Public bug reported:

I am Russian, and i use two keyboard layouts - English and Russian. So often i
type text and when i look at the screen i see that i typed text in english,
instead of a russian. So in QIP (www.qip.ru) or Pidgin
(https://launchpad.net/wronglayout/) i can press ctrl+r and layout of ALREADY
TYPED text is change from english to russian.Let it be ctrl+r too, or
customizable. I think this is implemented via respective tables of russian and
english letters. It will be very handy, and thats why i'm not looking happy.
Thank you.
