Public bug reported:
When plugging in a Nexus 4, the kernel displays the messages attached to
this bug. The phone is not connected afterwards and consequentially not
listed by lsusb.
The Nexus 4 runs CM10.1 nightlies. I tested three different nightlies,
one of which definitely worked before.
