Steps to reproduce on a 2-monitor setup: 1. Open and maximize a browser on the second display. 2. Switch to a different workspace where the browser isn't shown. 3. Open a new tab in the browser by executing one of these from a terminal: firefox "http://google.com"; google-chrome "http://google.com"; 4. Switch back to the workspace where the browser was maximized 5.
