Public bug reported:
kmymoney OFX plugin need to be made available from Ubuntu repositories
and be installed with kmymoney by default by a metapackage.
OFX is the format used by the majority of financial institution and
kmymoney without it renders the software far less interesting and useful
for many users, if not the majority.
