Public bug reported: Ubuntu version: N/A (used to be provided by the syck source package, version 0.55-3.3ubuntu1) Debian version: 0.61.2-1
I've just filed sync bug #129854 to sync the syck source package. This no longer provides the python-syck deb so I'm now requesting python-syck to be pulled into Ubuntu to fill this hole. The python-syck package also depends on the new version of libsyck0-dev from the new syck package so please tend to the syck sync request before going ahead with this one. I can confirm that python-syck builds in gutsy once the libsyck0-dev package is installed from the new syck package. Relevant changelog (from syck): syck (0.55+svn256-1) unstable; urgency=low * Upgrade to a current upstream svn revision (Closes: #324316, #378440). * Remove Python bindings (replacement: PySyck) (Closes: #415217). * Switched to PHP5 (Closes: #418308, #359245, #432416) -- Thomas Jollans <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Mon, 09 Jul 2007 23:13:38 +0200 Thanks. ** Affects: Ubuntu Importance: Wishlist Status: New ** Changed in: Ubuntu Importance: Undecided => Wishlist -- Please sync python-syck from Debian unstable (main) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/129856 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
