Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-standard

I recently dist-upgraded from Feisty to Gutsy Tribe3 and it listed
tcpdump as an obsolete package in Synaptic.

I tried to remove it and it asked to remove ubuntu-standard as well!

Apparently, Ubuntu still needs the ubuntu-standard metapackage so the
problem is that ubutnu-standard needs to have 'tcpdump' removed as a
depend from it's control file.

** Affects: ubuntu-meta (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
