Sure, it will be removed by an archive admin in the next removal processing run. (I am not an Archive Admin). Please note that when package is removed from the archive it is not removed from user systems. To achieve that, new unity, or webapps component should indicate "Breaks: unity-webapps-googlereader" thus removing googlereader from users machines today. As we have a lot of saucy users, who may have this package lingering on their machines.
