Public bug reported:

The user can usually select "Stop Tracking" from the hamster-indicator menu in
order to stop tracking of the current action.
However, if midnight passed since the current action started (i.e., the start
time of the current action is before 12am, and now it is after 12am), selecting
"Stop Tracking" does nothing. To actually stop the action, you have to take the
path "Show Overview"->click pencil to the right of current action->uncheck "in
progress".

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start tracking an action with hamster-indicator
2. Wait until midnight has passed
3. Choose "Stop Tracking" from the indicator menu
4. Observe that nothing happens.
