It seems like the overlay scrollbar is a bit buggy in Saucy. The
scrollbar will always span the entire bar. It doesn't matter how "big"
the window is. I have included a screenshot to show you what I mean.
The scrollbar still behaves exactly how it should though, I am still
able to scroll through the window. There is just no visual hint on where
you are, or how long the list is in for example, Nautilus.
