this also affected me in 13.04, but doing an apt-get update is only
going to refresh your package list. for those of you who only tried
that, try doing a sudo apt-get upgrade. that fixed it with me. i don't
really know much about those packages, but it seemed to me like one of
the files from the front-end was corrupted..
