package libfaac0 1.28-0ubuntu2 failed to install/upgrade im not sure how
to reinstall or describe the bug because i do not know what libfaac0 is
sorry. My laptop said it would send you some information about the
problem. Im running Ubuntu 13.04. However I think it has something to do
with installing packages because every time I install a new package it
says something has failed but the package or app runs fully functional
