It's far more realistic to target the current Ubuntu development release
(saucy/13.10). xscreensaver will not be upgraded for Raing unless it
meets the requirements of SRU:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates or someone puts it in the
backports repo.
