Public bug reported:
first thing i always did in gnome2 was disable caps lock in order to
reduce typing mistakes (for frequent command-line usage the caps lock is
just too close to the tab key). since i switched to xfce after gnome3,
this is one of the main things i miss. i run gnome services in xfce but
starting gnome-system-settings gives almost empty panel with most of the
settings removed (probably this is mostly taken over by xfce)... is it
possible to add it to the xfce keyboard setup?
