I may have been mistaken in my previous comment. Searching Debian
packages it looks like testing and unstable are both with version 6.19
as Ubuntu 13.10; is the experimental branch the one which has the newer
version of nodejs. Looks like they are going directly to version
0.10.13.

I dond't know how stable it is or if it is possible to import Debian
packages from experimental. My confusion came because while trying to
submit the bug during volo installation, directly to Debian, the server
disn't let me because a newer version was available.
