Public bug reported: [39.928296] kobject_add failed for :d-0000008 with -EEXIST dont try to register things with the same name in the same directory [39.928660] Kernel Panic - not syncing Creation of kmalloc slab kmalloc_dma-2 size=2 failed
This happens when booting into recovery mode with usb inserted, also caps lock/scroll lock flash on/off continually, locks up during regular boot, and when inserting card while completely booted. I have tried to install the rt73 module from http://rt2x00.serialmonkey.com/wiki/index.php/Downloads and this does not load. Allot of people use the rt73 ralink driver for belkins usb cards, usb cards are becoming more popular and it would mean a great deal to the ubuntu/computer community to fix this. Thankyou, any more assistance just ask. defcon ** Affects: Ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Gutsy Gibbon 2.6.22-9-generic Kernel Panic when inserting belkins F5D7050 USB wifi card/rt73 driver https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/130078 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
