Blockers:
* Who is going to be maintaining this in Ubuntu? The openstack team? It needs
a team bug subscriber to watch the package.
Could be better:
* No upstream tests
* No symbols file for the library
* Bug 886783 seems not great (no ext4 stats support)
If you can sort out who is responsible for the package once in main,
this could be approved. Ideally maybe file a bug with Debian to add a
symbols file too.
