Public bug reported:
libfdt_env.h is missing from the libfdt-dev package, preventing usage of
libfdt. This was fixed in Debian with package 1.3.0-3. Raring still
has 1.3.0-2.
$ lsb_release -rd

$ apt-cache policy libfdt-dev
libfdt-dev:
