Public bug reported:
After a fresh install of openacs I configured the http port in
/etc/aoloserver4/aolserver.tcl and learned that it has no effect.
Then set http port in /etc/aolserver4/conf.d/openacs.sh. Learned that is
has no effect.
Then found out that start up script /etc/init.d/aolserver4.sh sets http
port variable as well hard coded. I guess this is not as intended and
expected.
