I just force downgraded libgpgme to the Raring version and now I have it
installed just fine.

Just did a quick `sudo apt-get install libgpgme11=1.2.0-1.4ubuntu4
--force-yes` and that was all it took. Mind you, in my case I had to
reload the raring repos because it couldn't find the version in the
saucy repos, but that is a quick suorces.list edit and update.

Juat thought I would share my experience. Not a fix, but a temporary
workaround.
