Have a look at bug report 1193147. Maybe, you can change
/lib/udev/rules.d/95-keyboard-force-release.rules and change the line
ENV{DMI_VENDOR}=="Dell Inc.",
ATTR{[dmi/id]product_name}=="*Latitude*|*Precision*", RUN+="keyboard-
force-release.sh $devpath dell-touchpad"
to
ENV{DMI_VENDOR}=="Dell Inc.",
ATTR{[dmi/id]product_name}=="*Latitude*|*Precision*|*Vostro*", RUN
+="keyboard-force-release.sh $devpath dell-touchpad"
