They shouldn't depend on kernel headers, because there's no way to get
this right.  You need to trust your installer to have installed "linux-
generic" or "linux-ac100", etc, which will pull in (and keep up to date)
the right headers packages.

Using Ubuntu-supplied installers does this for you already.  A custom
installer/preseed might not.
