The bug was fixed upstream, and the packages in saucy will include this fix. Until I upgrade, it bothers me sufficiently that I've backported that patch to the version in raring, and I'll provide a version of GTK+3 with that patch in ppa:ajdicks/gtk-key-theme <https://launchpad.net/~ajdicks/+archive/gtk-key-theme>, which I'll hope to keep up to date until saucy is out of it's infancy.
