Binary package hint: hal
I am testing Ubuntu 7.10 Tribe 3.
When I logged into the GNOME, one dialogue box appeared saying fail to
initialize HAL. And then I can't see any drive icon on the desktop if I plug on
a removable hard drive or insert a CD.
