* debian/apache2.2-common.init.d: make sure that /var/lock/apache2 is owned
by www-data. Fixes LP: #129920.
* debian/control: Set Maintainer to Ubuntu Core Dev and move Debian
maintainer to XSBC-Original-Maintainer.
