just because this happened during an update, you might be right.
both symlinks
/etc/apache2/mods-enabled/php5_cgi.conf and
/etc/apache2/mods-enabled/php5_cgi.load are dead
the only php files are
/etc/apache2/mods-available/php5.conf and
/etc/apache2/mods-available/php5.load
But for These there is no symlink in
/etc/apache2/mods-enabled/
