Hi, Another important thing is to explain the GUI and especially the systray: lot of people think they can close the program just by closing the main window. As a result, they try to run the program again and they get an error saying it is already open, but they don't see it in the systray. I know several people reporting it.
As the systray don't have any label, I suggest a screenshot including the systray grey phone and the main GUI and a short explanation. btw, this is the very same problem for Pidgin.
