Public bug reported:

After upgrade, the Unity Dash was only showing the social lens on
pressing the Super key; pressing the lens-specific key combinations
(e.g. Super+A for Applications) did not work.

After removing unity-lens-friends, there are now no lenses, and pressing
Super brings up the Dash with a spinner next to the text box that never
stops, and a blank content area.
