I tested the 32-bit version of the v3.11-rc3 kernel, and the ondemand governor
still has the bug. This kernel uses the intel_pstate driver as the default and
the ondemand governor isn't available in this case, so I booted with the
intel_pstate=disable option to be able to test the ondemand governor. I should
mention that with the intel_pstate driver, neither of the available governors
(powersave, performance) has the bug.
