The most recent release that worked was 12.04. Thanks for your explanations. I am still very confused why such a thing with a common Core i7 processor can happen. Am I the only one that has a Dell XPS Laptop running Ubuntu? Is that possible?
What makes this bug incomplete? Do you need more input?
