Public bug reported:
In the last week or so Skype audio in Saucy has broken. I mostly don't
hear anything but occassionally when I try to make a test call a get
loud distortion until I kill Skype (and in some cases I need to reboot
to get rid of it).
I am running Intel, Skype 4.2.0.11 (the multiarch binary for 12.04 from
the skype.com).
Skype is a core requirement for many of us to work, so this is a pretty
critical bug.
