Public bug reported:
Sometimes I am using less and I press 'q' to quit, but it just won't
quit. Most recently this has happened after I ran the help for the Ruby
bundler:
$ bundle --help
I tried numerous times to press 'q'. I tried other commands such as '/'
and they worked OK. Then I tried 'q' again without success and had to
kill the process from outside.
