I see that this is marked as a duplicate of Bug #974480. But it is not a
duplicate; Bug #974480 says that we must disable certain apps, whereas
this bug says that the Skype app is disabled and should not be disabled.
Please remove this bug from the list of duplicates of Bug #974480.
In addition, "wishlist" is not appropriate. Many people use Skype; it is
a de facto standard. This should be marked as a regression.
