There are 2 possibilities to fix this in Precise (quantal and later are
not affected, they ship with a corrected gutenprint package):

1. Rebuild photoprint to pick up the "wrong" soname .3
2. Pull
http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=collab-maint/gutenprint.git;a=blob_plain;f=debian/patches/0001-debian-Correct-library-versioning-and-linking.patch;h=0c7e39701a57556f612dd31b4844b897dcc6d675;hb=da0ca33e70d298c4baf2842416635bbff8d3a1df
from Debian's gutenprint package and rebuild that to provide libgutenprint2.so
and rebuild photoprint against the corrected version.

1) Is the easiest solution and should work without breaking things.
