Same error, x64, 12.04 with full updates, fglrx from AMD.
Go to Color, try to calibrate webcam, when it says "Optional data files
available", click on "Install now" and get this error:
gcm-calibrate requests to install the following software package to
provide additional features: shared-color-targets

gcm-prefs tries to install nonexistent shared-color-targets
