Thank you for your interest in unity-tweak-tool. While the feature you
propose sounds useful, we are unfortunately limited by the options
offered by the gsettings already built into the system. If the relevant
gsettings lets users to close an application by clicking on the
titlebar, we may consider entertaining your feature request. But until
then, tough luck. :(
