This is a follow up on bug #110311
Have updated to 2.6.20-16-generic and it has happen again.
Also this time it is after a resume, but not sure when the system
started to get slow... but i had used the computer for at least an hour
and left it alone for some hours, when i got back it was really really
slow.
Some diagnostics:
system load around 8
very high io-wait
no swap used, but kswapd0 uses a bit of CPU
the hard disk seams to be used constantly
