Is anything being done to attempt to correct this problem ??? It has been almost 4 months since I reported this problem and I am still having to install Edgy on 2 of my 4 machines because Feisty will not run on 2 of my machines because I get this constant system beep if I try to either run the live Feisty CD or to install the Feisty version on the hard drive on either of these 2 particular machines - this happens from either a live CD or from the ALTERNATE CD.
This is sort of a shame that I am forced to run Edgy on 2 of my machines and Feisty on the other 2 !!! I think I and probably several other parties to this thread have supplied all of the requested information and yet this is still not fixed. Is there anything else we can do to expedite this ???
