Am I correct in my understanding that this is unlikely to be an Ubuntu-
specific bug? It sounds like it's coming from upstream apache 2.2.22
behaviour.
Please can you test:
1) Lastest upstream apache 2.2 built from source.
2) Lastest upstream apache 2.4 built from source.
This will help identify if there is any action that we need to take in
Ubuntu. If not, and the bug affects upstream, then please can you report
this bug upstream?
