I've bought a Dell Precision M6500 because it was Ubuntu certified. But just when I installed a second SSD (from Kingstone) it put me into this bug and a daily struggle to boot my laptop. So this does not seam to be hardware specific. It just seams that Ubuntu does not run properly on SSD drives (which actually means that Ubuntu does not run on modern hardware). -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/969489 Title: lightdm tries (and fails) to start too early?
