I ran the apport-collect command twice, I thought it had failed both times. I got the error "dpkg-query: no packages found matching linux"
Behavior is exactly the same. With only a Display Port monitor connected, I end up with the monitor shutting itself off after the screen with the blurry keyboard symbol at the bottom.
