That's not a problem. I have almost 25 years with unix/linux systems and
a similar amount of time with windows. Troubleshooting isn't an issue.
The system I was using was basically my network monitor, so rebuilding
it took less than an hour and in reality, could have restored it from
backups. The home network has 10 machines, 6 of them dedicated linux
machines. The run stripped down versions of linux for the PBX, NAS, PVR,
security/firewall, web development, desktop, etc. Most of our windows
machines are laptops. My wife has a laptop and two graphic
workstations...all with windows. Only thing missing is a mac.

I only turned in a ticket because the updates this week messed with my
monitoring system. I install all updates there Before updating any of
the other systems. It was my least critical system.

BTW, Ubuntu is kickass! Certainly beats my old method of downloading
source code and compiling it myself. You have an excellent product! Now
I know support is good too. Very impressive.
