That's right... the problem is in Raring (the host).
There is no problem in the Saucy VM.  It enters suspend mode and wakes up with 
both kernels (3.11.0-3 and upstreams 3.11.0-031100rc6 and daily-build) with no 
problems.

However, when I try to suspend the host (raring, kernel 3.8.0-30) having the 
VM-saucy up,
and try afterwards to wake up the host, is where everything freezes.
The crash report in Saucy is given on the next restart.

Unfortunatelly Raring, with the upstream kernel 3.11-rc6,  crashes in my
laptop (DELL E6530). I'm looking for the reasons why.

Anyway. I know already that  3.10.4 works great. I'll check it and inform...
