I haven't found any obvious way to fix this or alternative for getting
an accurate charge remaining figure based on the current code in the
mako kernel for saucy. Recent changes to upower result in preferring
"capacity" to other methods of determining percent charge remaining,
minimizing the impact of this bug. I don't plan to pursue a fix any
further at this time.
As a result, I'm changing the importance to "Low" and the status to
"Won't Fix."
