Ubuntu's upstream for this package is Debian, who removed the package altogether in 2011. They have new builds from upstream 3.0.0 but there is currently no stable version. Once one appears, it should not be too hard to convince the Ubuntu maintainers to do a simple merge.
In the meantime, your best bet may be to install the packages from Debian testing. http://packages.qa.debian.org/h/haxe.html -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/647241 Title: haxe package too old to use hxcpp library for C++ target To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/haxe/+bug/647241/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
