I think this was fixed for Ubuntu 13.10 with
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/glipper/2.4-4
glipper should autostart so there's no reason to need to start it
manually from the Dash.
On the other hand, the appindicator support is broken in Ubuntu 13.10,
see bug 1203888 for more details.
