Yes, same as #17. Here's the apt-get upgrade o/p from a terminal.

I have previously pinned flashplugin-installer and this problem is not
coincident with that change. Still, if others affected also have held
back packages that might be useful information.

% sudo apt-get upgrade

The update manager GUI realises this update is available but the
available updates list is empty.
