Since this package is very bad quality for an LTS release, I think it
should be updated to version 13.06.01.
indicator-weather 13.06.01 depends on a newer version of python-pywapi.
python-pywapi has only two dependants: indicator-weather and wakeup. So,
I think it's safe to update python-pywapi too to version 3.5.
